We, Player One Limited (“Player One”) produce the Dragonland Music Festival (“Festival”) and own and operate the website located at www.dragonlandmusicfestival.com (“Website”).

This privacy policy (“Policy”) has been prepared with reference to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“Ordinance”) and explains how Player One and its agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates collect, use and protect the personal data of Website users. By visiting, using and / or accessing the Website in any way, you consent to the practices described below and agree to be bound by any restrictions of use set out herein. We may use your personal information to contact you only if you have subscribed to receiving information about the Festival by newsletter, marketing or promotional materials and other information in which you may be interested; and detecting and protecting ourselves against error, fraud and other criminal activity. 3. Use of Cookies

Player One will record the visits to the Website by using cookies. Cookies are used by Player One to collect non-personally identifiable data such as statistics about the number of visits of Website users, Website users’ preference and the online services offered on the Website. You may choose to accept or reject cookies. If you reject the cookies, you will not be able to use some of the functions of the Website.

4. Intellectual Property

Player One grants no license regarding the use of such Player One Material or Third Party Material and disclaims any liability with regard to infringement of any third party rights.

‘Dragonland Music Festival’, ‘Dragonland’ and the Festival’s official logo are all registered trademarks owned by Player One Limited. All rights reserved.

6. Restrictions on Use

You may not use this Website for any illegal purpose. You agree to use the Website solely for your own personal, noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, any other person or entity.

You may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to, create derivative works from, hyperlink, transmit or in any way exploit any part of the Website or materials derived from the Website in connection with the Festival. You may not use the Player One Material or Third Party Material in any manner which creates the impression that such Materials belong to or are associated with you or are used with Player One’s consent, and you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in or in relation to any of these Materials. You will not use or link the Website in unsolicited mailings or spam material.

7. Right of Access and Correction

You are entitled to request (in writing) access to and correction of personal data we hold about you. In general, and subject to certain exemptions, you are entitled to:

a. request access to your personal data held by Player One within a reasonable time, at a fee which is not excessive, in a reasonable manner and in a form that is intelligible;

b. request the correction of your personal data;
